Quotes And Estimates
Requests sent through this site are inquiries, not confirmed orders. Pricing, materials, and timelines are confirmed with you directly, with the piece in hand, before any work begins. A quote describes the job as we understood it; if the job changes, the quote is updated with you before we proceed.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround estimates on this site, including the 3 business day average, are averages across all jobs. Actual turnaround depends on the type and complexity of each job, and any date that matters to you should be agreed at the counter rather than assumed from an average.
Your Materials
Items you bring in for framing, printing, or restoration remain your property. We handle every piece with care and discuss any mounting or preparation decisions with you before the work is done. Nothing is cut, altered, or permanently mounted without that conversation.
Pickup Of Finished Work
We will tell you when your piece is ready and how to collect it. If you cannot pick a finished piece up promptly, tell us and we will work something out; if a piece remains uncollected for an extended period, we will attempt to reach you using the contact details you provided.
Files You Provide For Printing
By giving us a file to print, you confirm you have the right to reproduce it. We do not print material that infringes someone else's copyright, and we may decline a print job on that basis. Your files are used only to produce your job, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our Work
We stand behind our workmanship. Look at your finished piece with us at pickup; if something about the work is not right, tell us then and we will make it right. Concerns that appear later are handled reasonably and in person, the way a 27-year-old shop stays a 27-year-old shop.
