What We Collect

When you contact us through the quote form, by phone, or by WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, a way to reach you, and a description of your project. We use it to respond to you and to prepare your quote or order. Nothing more.

What Happens To A Form Submission

A quote request goes to the shop so we can answer you. It does not enter a marketing database, trigger a newsletter, or get passed to any third party. If you never become a customer, the information simply serves no further purpose for us.

Photos And Files

Images you send us of your artwork, photos, or walls are used only to discuss and produce your job. Original photographs brought in for restoration are scanned and returned unaltered. We do not publish photos of customer pieces without asking you first.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, buy contact lists, or use your details for anything unrelated to your project with us. We also do not send marketing messages: if you hear from us, it is about your job.

Cookies And Analytics

This website may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read most. Analytics data is aggregate and is not used to identify you. The site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Links To Other Sites

Pages on this site link to outside services such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, Yelp, and WhatsApp. Once you follow such a link, that company's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep project-related messages and files for as long as they are useful for serving you, including for questions about a past job, and no longer than reasonably needed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your Choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The fastest way is to call the shop or ask in person; we are a small business and the person you ask can actually do it.

Children

This website is meant for general audiences and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes To This Policy

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top. We will not quietly change what we do with your information.
